Lisa & Wythe: Atlanta Wedding Full of Fun Details | Atlanta, Georgia Wedding Photographer

From georgious stained glass to adorable details Lisa and Wythe’s wedding was a perfect balance of elegant looks and laid back fun! It was such a joy for us to be a part of such a sweet couple’s day and to be able to capture all the beautiful scenery at the Perimeter Church in Atlanta, GA.
Just look at all the beautiful bead work on Lisa’s dress from Carrie’s Bridal Collection! and if you noticed the cute little golden mouse on the left, that was Lisa’s “something borrowed” that has been worn by many of the women in Lisa’s family on their wedding days, how precious is that?!The Perimeter Church had a very cutely decorated and well lit dressing room that was perfect for capturing this sweet moment Lisa was able to have with her mom as she helped get her in her dress. Clemson orange and class rings were proudly displayed as Wythe and most of his groomsmen were Clemson graduates. The ties were actually the perfect splash of color to compliment the light gray suits!
Lisa and Wythe’s wedding day was a blast and it was partly because they had the best bridal party! They were supportive and caring, but they also sprung a couple practical jokes along the way.
The wedding day was actually the maid of honor’s birthday, Lisa gave her a birthday crown to help her celebrate. We love first looks! It’s always such a joy to capture all the emotion on the groom’s face when he gets to see his bride for the first time in her wedding dress, and then right after that they get to spend a few private moments together before the whirlwind of the big day begins. The love that these two share is so obvious, its written all over their faces, just look at how they look at each other! It’s always the right time for a dip, especially when you can nail it like these guys! Perfect form in front of a beautiful background.
I’m so glad we were able to get the gorgeous bridal shot before the rain began, I love the dramatic effect Lisa’s veil has in the sunlight. We always pack extra umbrellas just in case we get unexpected rain, it paid off this time as it helped Lisa’s flawless make up and hair stay flawless! With the lake, the fountain, the beautiful landscaping, the breathtaking stained glass and this grand archway the Perimeter Church wedding chapel had all the looks and we loved capturing every one of them! The Bridesmaids’ bouquets were expertly arranged with light pastels and bold orange roses by Brides and Blooms florist. They were the perfect compliment to the Clemson orange ties and socks sported by Wythe and his groomsmen!Did we mention the stained glass? The set up in the Perimeter Church’s wedding chapel was nothing short of magical and I love how perfect Lisa and Wythe’s silhouette turned out!One of our biggest honors is that often we get a front row view into moments that will be cherished by our clients forever! Lisa and Wythe’s big day was filled with moments like that. Certainly the thoughtful minutes praying before the ceremony and waiting to walk down the isle with her father will be treasured for a life time. Even though they already had a first look you can still see all the emotion welling up in Wythe as he watches his bride walk down the aisle. Lisa and Wythe’s reception had lots of adorable details like these personalized coke bottles and m&m’s, how cute is that?!During their first dance Lisa and Wythe had a slide show of their relationship showing in the back ground which made this touching scene all the more moving! With Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Cue’ barbecue and rich chocolate cake the reception was guaranteed to be delicious and it did not disappoint! I loved getting the chance to get this sweet shot of the bride and groom celebrating with some of their closest friends.
After cutting the cake Lisa and Wythe toasted with their personalized cokes, these guys are so cute!
I love that even though they are in front of a crowd and in the middle of everything Wythe still can’t take his eyes off Lisa. Can you blame him? Just look at her!The fun continued on the dance floor as DJ Island Sound got everyone to their feet!Lisa’s dad made custom jig-saw puzzles with their engagement pictures on them which gave a unique and fun way for guests to interact at each table. The bridal party and guests took a quick break from the dance floor to hit the Photo Booth to strike some hilarious poses!I can’t think of a more perfect way to end such a timeless, elegant and fun wedding than to walk out to rose petals. Lisa and Wythe shared one last dip as they were showered in rose petals surrounded by their friends and loved ones!Vendor List:
